I was contacted about an ECM position at a BB and was told it would be a fairly informal process and speak to a couple people. The first lady I spoke to seemed very impressed and said I had the exact skillset they were looking for. The next week I spoke to someone else and he said other people would reach out (that was 2 weeks ago)
I have followed up with both asking on the next steps / hiring timeline but have not heard back. What should I do? I think this would be a great fit for me and have been having bad anxiety. Thanks!
Always keep following up IMO - have seen stories of people on the forum falling through the cracks because the other side was just too overwhelmed with apps and candidates. Maybe wait a week and try again.
