For job prospects which year was the best from 2016-2020?

Back when an economy existed from the class years 2016-2020 if you had the chance to graduate any year which one would you have choose? Even though the classes of 2016 and 2017 had lower headcounts in banking and MBB than their succeeding years would you have choose to graduate in the earlier years in exchange for a lower banking/consulting group and possibly not a single banking/consulting offer in exchange for more Work and Professional Experience to insulate yourself from the effects of future headcount reductions? Why or why not?
