Fordham vs Villanova vs Syracuse

As the title states I am deciding between Fordham, Syracuse, and Villanova. (Currently attending Fordham)

All will be in business school with Finance or Accounting major. Fordham does have a secondary concentration in Alternative Investments, not sure about the other schools.

Assume all equal, payments, loans, etc. Which school will provide the best exit opps. into Investment Banking (short term) and then Hedge Fund or Private Equity (Long Term)? Would want to be an Analyst at both.

Also will be interning at a BB in Wealth Management in summer as rising Sophomore. (Internship wasn't received through school, factor that in how you want)

I would definitely come to Nova. Maybe I am a little more biased since I go there, but I know multiple people who are working in IB after graduation. Just off the top of my head, people graduating this year are working in RX at Miller Buckfire, Industrials at BMO, and a third is in LevFin at DB. I do have one friend that graduated two years ago, worked at DB for two years, and is now making the jump over to PE. Granted, Villanova is traditionally not a target school for BBs, but students get placed in a decent number of boutiques and some BBs.

Since you attend Fordham, you'll have to transfer to Villanova. Specifically, to VSB. Admission to VSB as a transfer is pretty competitive and the number of students admitted varies. It is usually based on the number of students who have transferred out in the past year. Coincidentally enough, I transferred to VSB after freshman year from a state school, so I could help you with your application if you would like. Feel free to PM me with any questions. Best of luck in your search.
