FT Partners in 2026 insights

Hey everyone, I've recieved an offer from FT partners SF SA 2027. I liked the team & culture, and they seem to kill it in fintech, and I am tempted to accept, but noticed a lot of bashing of the firm on this platform. I was wondering if anybody here had insights into how the firm is doing in 2026?

Just to give you context on FT via my friends who worked there. Very good deal flow, fantastic exits to growth and strat finance, good pay (110+60/70 base), high RO rate, very fratty culture, hours are very bad because seniors are very rude and make you do unnecessary market due summary overviews distracting from live deal work. Overall it’s a great shop imo, and congratulations. Steve is a cool guy if you ever get to meet him.
