Full blown operating model - resources?

Hi all,

Does anyone by any chance know of any tutorials / guides (paid or free) which provided detailed, step-by-step walk throughs on how to build full blown operating models?

Thanks!

Thanks - sorry looking more for a granular, line-by line operating model which deeply dives into each individual driver (eg. used in diligence processes).

Every single company’s operating model will be different, you are not going to find something that specific that you can just plug and play. You will need to build out the model using contracts / production assumptions / price forecasts etc.
