Full Time Recruitment

I am considering recruiting full time to an EB in NYC.

I am currently a rising senior interning at a middle market investment bank in NYC focusing mostly on business services tech. The deal flow is slow as an intern, have had multiple days where I barely touch work. I am ready to sink my teeth into work but it just isn't that available right now. Not confident they will hand out a bunch of offers this summer for analyst positions as it seems like they don't need 13 more FT analysts. I'm looking toward EB in NYC that pay above street. Not interested in BB. I'm happy to work ridiculous hours, I'm that type of person. Wanted to see if anybody has some ideas on where I should focus my recruiting efforts during my free-time this summer, and how to best approach that. Some of the banks that I am interested in are:

- Centerview

- Evercore

- Gordan Dyal

Please let me know if you have some advice, thanks.
