Future Skills for Investment Banking/PE
I've heard from some people about the new skills Bankers/PE will need to have - some talk about coding/programming to automate models or processes (most recurring). How true is this? Are they just talking shit or is this something that a Junior will need in the future/needs on a basic level right now?
