General Strategy for Recruiting?
Hey monkeys. Longtime lurker here but figured I'd give it a chance at a post for once. I'm currently a sophomore at a non-target/semi-target in the northeast (near NYC) and I want to know what my general strategy should be like for recruiting. I have a 3.9 GPA, play a couple of top club sports, president of two clubs, and I try to volunteer. Internship wise, I've also done two private equity internships, two financial analyst internships for a healthcare startup and a non profit, and a fintech internship. I'm not looking for self-validation here. What I want to know is how can I best leverage what I have to get the job I want (IBD)? Thanks.
