Generalist IB @ EB -> MM All-weather Fund

Popping my cherry here. Currently at an EB and very much not interested in the whole MFPE rat race. I think the MM turnaround PE/Special Sits model or event driven equity/vulture/ loan to own HFs are much more interesting.

Generally prefer small teams and relatively smaller investments (from a TEV perspective - for more negotiating leverage/less competitive processes) and hairy/dicey targets. Have a little experience with distress from internships when I was in college + generalist seat at my current shop so I can speak to RX and structuring as well. Don’t care too much about location.

Do you senior guys have any advice on what next steps should be or any names I should keep on my radar?

Appreciate this in advance.
