Get into an IB internship/analyst role after graduation, having done an internship in "finance" at Rothschild & Co?

This is the first time I am posting here. I am a bit confused because I need to take some career decisions ASAP and I feel completely lost. Any help is welcome.

This is my current situation:

I am pursuing a MSc in Corporate Finance at a quite good university (top 25 worldwide). I am expected to graduate in June or September 2022, based on the date when I'll submit my thesis / internship thesis. The last semester of my master (from Febr. to July/September) is supposed to be the writing of an internship thesis.

I have a first banking experience (summer internship in FX Trading and Sales) + some accounting experience. This semester (from February to July/September) is my last opportunity to do an internship before graduating. I am therefore applying to many summer analyst programmes and have been preselected to some of them. Waiting for first itws.

However, in the meantime, I have received a few offers for internships. One is at a big big global company in Financial Controlling (but I ain't interested as I guess it would make me loose my chances to get into IB in the future). The other offer is a position as a "Finance intern" at Rothschild & Co Wealth Management. This role is about P&L review, budget analysis, planning & forecasting, etc.). 

As my dream is to get into IB (but I was not aware of it before my MSc and did not plan to do summer internships during my undergrad), I am not sure whether any of these 2 offers could help me secure an internship after my studies (I guess it's not even possible to be an intern after graduating). The problem is that I need to accept/decline ASAP and I cannot know whether I'll manage to get offered such positions again if my IB applications for off cycle and summer analyst programs do not go well. 

What do you think? Is it really impossible to get into IB internally if I get an internship at an investment bank, as Rothschild & Co?

Should I better decline both offers and persist to get an internship in IB? I am so lost and I have to take a decision tomorrow at latest for one of the offers. Please guide me :(
