Run by Tony Robbins, was the top performing HF last year with a gain of around 80%. Very smart people running a very good HF.

I would suggest searching for content so you can learn more details, but as the above poster said, they performed well last year and have performed well many years. Very well respected group overall.

what do you mean work to the bone? Assume that means tough hours for a hedge fund (~60 hours a week)?

Larry Robbins' shop. Does anyone have any relevant information on recruiting, headhunters used, etc.? Primarily interested in if they look at 2 yr healthcare IBD analysts. Unclear on LinkedIn. Worked within services if that makes a difference.
3+ plus years of IBD and Buyside experience certainly helps - at least that was my old colleagues path.

I believe it was started with some help from Omega Advisors. All I know other than this is, $4+B AUM. Multiple industries. Long/Short.
