Just wondering when you apply to Goldman, do you automatically get a hirevue invite or do you have to be selected to do a hirevue there?

GS screens pretty heavily to get HireVues- know plenty of qualified people who got rejected without even getting a HireVue
No, it's quite difficult to get a hirevue for IBD at Goldman. Process is Hirevue->Superday
