Goldman SA 2022 Pay Increase
Hi guys! I signed an offer letter for SA 2022 last year, but since then my bank has bumped first year analyst pay. Since the SA hourly pay is pro-rated off of a first year analyst salary, should SA hourly pay have been increased as well? Have not heard anything from my firm and was curious if others had…
I think only WF pays interns hourly, which ends up being a metric fuck-ton with state overtime laws
I don’t understand why Wells does it when no one else does through legal loopholes (not complaining tho bc my friend will be making stacks :])
Wells has had a problem with people using them as a stepping stone. I suppose this might incentivize interns to stay. Not a huge expense to a bank their size.
