Goldman Sachs Exploratory Programs - What Does It Mean For Recruiting?
Hey everyone!
I was invited to the Goldman Sachs Possibilities Summit a week or two ago, and it looks like an awesome program. Lots of room to meet employees and peers and at least get a foot in the door. I was wondering what an acceptance in the program means for actual recruiting. Does getting into the 'exploratory programs' mean that you have a solid shot at recruiting BEYOND the prep they give you in the program? Will you be flagged as a candidate and have a pretty sure shot of getting an intern offer, or is it more of something that just gets you a first round interview and then they're done with you? I'm in the dark - thanks for your help.
