GPA Cutoff Issue

Hey guys,

so I did pretty shit my last semester (personal problems + recruiting), and I somehow managed to get an offer. The "GPA cutoff" on my offer is a 3.4, and my cum. GPA is a 3.35. Am I fucked? Or do you guys think I am fine.
