GPA/Internship Experience
I know both are important, but what would you give a bit more weight on? I do realize application is a whole package. Curious what do recruiters really look at. And what is the usual GPA cutoff for BB and EBs?

bump
GPA to check a box (though it helps to get as high as possible). After that internships will be what help you stand out. There are 100s of people with 3.5+.
So would you say 3.5 is a general cutoff?
depends on the firm and if you are target or not. I've heard it go as high as 3.8 for nontarget EBs. General rule is 3.5 though
thanks
