Graduating a semester early

I was wondering if anyone has experience or knowledge on how graduating early affects your full time offer. I am in a position to where I had enough credits to graduate early and save money on tuition by not having to do another Spring semester. However I am wondering if it’s possible to ask your bank to return to work earlier than anticipated seeing as I might graduate in the fall.

Obviously this assumes that I get a return offer during my summer internship. But my main question is to whether people can start full time in the spring instead of summer?

I assume saving money is important to OP which is why he's considering an early graduation. Otherwise why not just kick back with friends for 4 months
