Stub Associates were 40k flat across the divisions, no buckets to the best of my knowledge

A1 was 85K on a 175k base

Haven't had the guts to ask my more senior colleagues yet, but for context the stub last year was 100k and some junior associates cleared 400k last year. A bit of a kick in the nuts tbh. Guess this is the "be grateful we didn't lay you off" bonus.

This is not accurate. AS1 are stub associates (ie they did an MBA or are 3.5 years A2A).

the annual bonus was $85k, pro rated for 5 months so ~$39k. Supposedly there was no buckets for stub

Not sure why it’s “inaccurate”. Stub associates are referred to as ASO-0, you can check any groups phone list to confirm. AS1 are those who are paid for a full 12 months. Nonetheless yes, not great in comparison to previous years but deal flow admittedly has been low.
