GS/MS or Evercore

Say you are an analyst at a MM bank and went through the lateral process to land an analyst offer at top groups in GS/MS NYC and a decent M&A group at Evercore NYC

Now, considering the recent base pay hikes and news that GS/MS are bumping up bonuses, along with considerations for prospective exits into MF/UMM PE within a couple of year, which would you choose and factors you would take into consideration?

Appreciate your insights.
