Culture is very good, heard it’s one of the best at Gugg. There is an MD in the group that runs the weekly pickup basketball game and a bunch of people in the group play.
Think deal flow is good but can’t comment on it with certainty.
In terms of bonus, at Gugg Associates are graded in relation to all Associates at their level, not within their specific group. So would imagine if you’re good, bonus will be in line with the other coverage groups.
