Guggenheim Vs. Jefferies
Which would be a better option? Primarily concerned with culture and exits opps to PE. There does not seem to be as much info on Guggenheim Exits and the info that is out there is very contradictory.

I'd say Guggenheim over Jefferies but it depends on the group.
IMO Guggenheim is a fair amount more highly regarded than Jefferies. Don't have any firsthand insight on PE exits.
I am leaning towards Guggenheim, I am just hoping to get more info regarding exits....seems very convoluted from what I have read.
Both are decent, on par with other upper MM firms such as Houlihan Lokey, Rothschild and William Blair
