Harris Williams

I am very interested in Harris Williams as a full time analyst in their Richmond, but was not able to apply for the M&A bootcamp due to my school semester finishing after the start of the program. does anyone have insight into how many full time offers they make outside of the bootcamp and what the process looks like?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the Harris Williams M&A bootcamp is a strong feeder into their full-time roles, with a high offer rate (around 96%). However, for those who do not participate in the bootcamp, it is still possible to secure a full-time analyst position. While specific numbers on full-time offers outside the bootcamp aren't detailed, the process typically involves traditional recruiting methods, including networking, interviews, and demonstrating strong technical and behavioral skills.

If you're targeting a full-time role, it would be beneficial to connect with current analysts or alumni from your school who work at Harris Williams. Networking can provide insights into their hiring process and potentially open doors for interviews. Additionally, showcasing your interest in M&A and your technical capabilities through your resume and during interviews will be crucial.
