Contribution analysis shows how much each party contributes to the combined entity in terms of certain financial or operational metrics while has-gets refers to the selling shareholders and their value delta pre/post transaction based on the deal terms (what they have pre-deal -> what they get post-deal). Check SEC filings, you should easily find BoD materials with has-gets analysis.
