Has RBC surpassed WB/Jefferies as top MM

No trolls please. Wanted to have an honest conversation about RBC.

Given RBC's recent rise to top 20 in the league tables in NA and their commitment to keeping their staff inspite of covid can we say that they've differentiated themselves from the tier of WB/HW yet?

I would place them solidly with the likes of Jefferies and would even consider them the GS of Canada.

Hasn’t even been a week yet. Go argue over there since that thread has been flagged to not bump at least. Would personally take them over the other banks you listed but that’s just me

Stop intern, you don’t know what those numbers mean and are going to just cause more shit to fly. Also looks like those are pulled from Financial Times? Numbers are behind and off from Bloomberg I just pulled. Either way, picking your bank based off YTD revenues is stupid especially when the poster is talking about platform’s like WB that again YTD revenue numbers will give you no color into.

lmao I laugh whenever people refer to something as 'the BLANK of BLANK.' It enters into a redundancy loop that makes you seem as if you are attempting to sound improved or better but ironically just endangers any praise due to the inherent act of comparing. i.e.

"Tobin&Co is the Goldman Sachs of the fifth floor of this building"

"Guam is the America of the Mid-East of Latin America"

"Brown Mackie College is the Harvard of Internet colleges" etc.

With the amount of posts you would have assumed Patrick went to Queens commerce or Ivey HBA, interned and got a FT offer from RBC , never left Toronto in order to become a BSD, wrote a book titled my life at RBC with a co sign from Michael Lewis and then decided to make this website that actively recruits for RBC.
