Have you ever gotten someone else fired?

Just curious if you as an employee (or perhaps as a manager) have ever purposefully gotten someone else fired from within your org?

Above five years ago I was a VP at a PE shop and this other VP kept making openly antisemitic and homophobic remarks in front of our associates and analysts. I had a conversation with the guy and explained to him that I didn't like that kind of behaviour, but he refused to see the significance and carried on doing that. Long story short, I esclated it to our MD and he was terminated with cause.
