Haven't heard back about interview
Applied for a job at a small firm through a job on LinkedIn at the end of January and received a reply through LinkedIn that same evening from the firms CEO requesting dates I was available for a brief phone interview. I replied to him through LinkedIn with a number dates for the following week which I was available, and also stated that I was flexible if those dates did not work for him. I hadn't heard back after a couple days, so I followed up as I wanted to know if I should expect a call on those days I provided. After this follow up I still hadn't heard anything and received no call on the dates I provided. Just over a week after my initial follow up I decided to take this away from LinkedIn, so I emailed his work email and finally received a reply. He said he would call me within the next few days to set up an interview. Well, 10 days have passed and I still have yet to hear back. The job is also no longer posted.
What can I do at this point? Is there even a job to be filled?

Keep moving, don't waste your time trying to rationalize his behavior.
The job hunt game is a mix of patience, determination, and prep. Just keep at it.
Couple of my friends recently got hired, their job hunts took them 6-8 months. Not an easy road, keep on chugging my man.
I'm approaching that right now.

Send him a follow-up email tomorrow and ask to speak with him on the phone.
Regardless of whether or not this works out don't stop networking for your next position
Lot of red flags here. CEO of an IB firm answering LinkedIn job posting ads. CEO setting up time slots (no hr?). CEO ghosting (think that’s what kids call it today?) you.
