Haven't heard from HR in a while - Following Up?
Hi fellow Monkeys,
After receiving a rejection letter from a bb bank, I recently got an email stated that there are additional summer analyst roles open for their ibd division. After I responded that I was interested, they asked me about my location and travel plan. And it has been almost 10 days since I sent them my location and travel plan, but I have not heard back from them yet. And I checked with other people who received this email, and nobody heard back from them. Should I send a follow-up email to ask about the situation? (Since I already had an offer from another bank I assume I can tell them about my offer and make a push?).
And apologies if I'm overthinking this. Is it possible that they decided to cancel the new hiring plan?
Thanks.
Definitely send a follow up. They’re honestly probably waiting for you to send one.
They’re probably waiting to see who will send the 1st follow up. Shows who’s hungry man. It’s kill or be killed out here for these $100,000+ job offers man.
Shooters shoot son.
