HC IB: SF or NY

I am a sophomore at a target school in CA looking to go into healthcare IB aiming for an EB (CVP, evercore, lazard, etc) or a BB. Would you recommend recruiting primarily in NY or SF? What are the biggest differences in terms of culture? Do exit opps differ in these locs for HC? Would you reccomend recruiting in both places? There are a decent number of people from my school in NYC IB but healthcare is pretty split.
