Healthcare/industrials/transportation M&A Case study help

I’ve been sent an m&a case study on a private taxi company for an IBD position. The questions are really hard to answer without having experience in this sector and would appreciate any help.

1) what would be the appropriate comps to use for this company and why? It gave a list of examples including EV/Revenue, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, EV/EBITDA Less Capex, EV/EBIT Less Capex. It says if I think there is a better multiple not mentioned in the above list then to state which one.

2) what should the above comps be trading at for this type of company? If you do not know the sector well, research and put together a peer group to find the average and medium comps

3) is this company trading under or above the answer to 2)

4) what gross profit, ebitda and EBIT margins would you expect for this type of company? Please provide a brief sentence explaining why for each.

Would appreciate any help.
