Hearing back from Partner Interviews: Need Advice

So I passed the first round and Superday. I just had interviews with two co heads of the Americas at an MM IB last week separately. This is for a Full-Time M&A Analyst role in NYC.

Everything went well, I had good conversations with both of them. The last interview I had was Friday and now its Wednesday. I emailed HR about my candidacy yesterday, and she said they haven’t made a decision yet.

I’m a screwed?

I have an offer from a small PE firm in Boston and I’m in the final stages of other firms. I told this to the analysts during the first round but I’m not sure if they told HR. I wanted to tell this to HR but I don’t want to seem too “pushy”.

Should I tell them about the offer and that I’m in the final stages of the application process at other firms? This is position my top choice and idk what to do at this point.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
