anyone hate the unstructured process and how these hedge funds basically use interviews as a way to get free research. Pretty shitty strategy and would love for people to call them out on their bs. Especially when you have to piss of ibankers with time off and then you get fucked by wasting time doing free research for some shit hedge fund that can’t beat the index.
