Help with What to Do After Interview

Hello everyone -- I just had two interviews that were for a final-round with a company. The first interview went fine, but the second interview could have gone better. I have been grappling with illness this past week, and I think my fatigue came across in the second interview. I garbled words, was too wordy in general, and I had too many filler words. I didn't receive any terrible signs, but I got the standard good luck at the end of the second interview. I am wondering if I should explain the situation to my interviewers and tell them about my illness this past week in my thank-you email.

But also just to add, it definitely is not a great sign if interviewer doesn't reply to a thank-you email (in my experience). That said, I got an internship offer once when I was told "good luck" at the end of an interview, so that in of itself isn't bad. But a non-reply to a thank-you email, I believe, may be based on personal experience.

Pretty interesting. I have offers from places that barely/rarely reply to my thank-you emails. They do message me personally to encourage me to ask them questions or sth tho. I have had places that people reply to my thank you email enthusiastically, but then don’t have an offer. Tricky situation. Would just say move on and get sth somewhere else.
