I am filling out the introduction form for off-cycle recruiting and got to the part about putting our staffer's/references' contact details. Will the firm contact these people?
Obviously, I would not care too much about contacting the references, but contacting the staffer could cause some chaos in the office. Anyone have experiences? Anything would be appreciated, thanks.
