What are the top groups for hedge fund exits? I mean 2 year analyst stint, then straight to hedge fund.

Career Resources
Any prestigious group will get you looks. Most importantly, individual ability and being likeable will get you there. If you hit up a hedge fund as a banker, and can prove that you're competent, I fail to see why the group you're in matters given the meritocratic culture of hedge funds. If you're bad, you'll be canned immediately.
