HF Recruitment

Hey guys sophomore working at a BB this summer. I am very interested in working at a HF long term but do not really want to do PE. Which banks are known for having analyst go directly to HF's. I just want to set myself up to have the best shot at landing a HF job after 2 years in banking. Appreciate anything.
