HIGHEST PAYING SHOPS ON BAY STREET (TORONTO)?
There doesn't seem to be a recent thread on this topic - so thought I would start one.
What are the highest comping shops on Bay Street (after bonus) at all levels?
Any insight?

For the Big 5, probably the top M&A groups and BMO Metals and Mining.
In general though, the BBs and esp. EBs (Evercore, Lazard, Greenhill, Rothschild) probably pay noticeably more (by both base and all-in). Your exit opps will also be much better here at the American firms as well (which should be your main focus - a 10k-30k difference at the top bucket range isn't really that meaningful at the end of the day).
How hard is it to land at the BBs / EBs in Toronto vs. the Big 5?
Are the Big 5 still paying 85k base? Or have they upped it?
Pretty tight range between 85-95k with higher at EB's.
