Hirevue for The Advancing Hispanics & Latinos Fellowship Program at JP

I got a Hirevue for this program and I am very nervous. I have been procrastinating it for a few days now, and I will probably end up doing it today. Anyone have any advice? Is it purely behavioral? Is it market based? Many technicals? Any help is appreciated🙏🏼

I did it friday, its a mix of both. Only 4 questions. 2 and 2. 1 Market, 1 Technical. The second behavioral Q was interesting. "Sell us an investment, activity, whatever."

not at all, its only a hireview. "Talk about a recent headline, how does it effect the markets. What does this mean for the Fina Services industry." - MRKT

The next one I can think of is "What are the conditions for a hostile takeover." - technical. More technical knowledge based then Technical Application.

you're overthinking it. Those are like first round interview caliber questions.

Hey I saw that you were part of AHL last year. Could you please send me a PM in order to discuss your interview with them? I have my Back to Back interview coming up and I would love to talk about it!
Thank you very much!
