Hiring manager invited me to a lunch last second after I told her about another job offer

So i've been interviewing and reached a final round with a few companies simultaneously. Received an offer from company A. Received it on friday and it expires tuesday.

After i received the offer at 5:30pm friday, i quickly let the other companies know of it and asked about their timelines.

Of the 2 i reached out to - one said they couldn't rush their process to fit my schedule and wished me luck. For the other, I contacted the hiring manager directly and she quickly scheduled a lunch meeting for tomorrow (Monday).

I already had their final round and a different contact in the interview process said the hiring manager was hoping to make a decision early this coming week.

Is this an additional round? Is this setting the stage for an offer?

Congratulations on securing an offer! If you take the lunch meeting, she will likely extend an offer if she decides she wants you on the team. With that said, do not take the lunch meeting if you are unsure about working for this firm. And if you do take it, order a dish that can be eaten without causing a mess! Just copy her if in doubt and your dietary preferences allow for it.
