Houlihan is probably the worst career choice you can make right now as a banker. You get Moelis hours and Lincoln prestige. We have a strong culture of termination, people are fired all the time. Our lateral talent pool proves that we are a bank of last resort, we are not taking talent from places like Blair or any BB lately, we are dipping down into the pool of the longterm unemployed and no name bucket banks.
You have to be an asshole to survive here. I would avoid unless you are completely fucking desperate to break into banking.

Don’t know where a lot of the above info is coming from but the group is top tier. Seem to run the 500mm to 2000mm food and Bev space and have closed some pretty large and notable deals.
Strong group, arguably the top in MM food and beverage, and you'll get great deal experience over there. Seniors are nice, but the wlb is super sweaty and there are some intense mid-level personalities
