HL FSG culture?
Anyone have insight on the NYC FSG group at Houlihan Lokey for the jr level?
Mainly want to get a sense of culture/hours/day to day i assume comp is street.

I think you're mixing up FSG and FIG - FSG at HL is backoffice at the junior level, and then are PE-relationship guys at the mid and senior levels. FSG is a great career path - very much a golf & drinks sales role

It’s a relationship management group rather than execution based. Not necessarily a bad thing but just know what you’re getting into if you go for one of these types of sponsor groups in general
Doesn't look like they do any modeling, sounds like it's chill hours but not that much learning at the junior level
