245 park. Fun office. Nice place. Recently renovated. RX is literally on a different level and looks even nicer than the nice rest of office but all good. Last I was there in 2019 the office food / snack game was strong. In 2014 it was almost non-existent even for RX people. Hopefully now in 2021 office perks like food and the like are even better. Def though it was a nice office to go into. Hopefully environment is clean, safe and friendly as people go back to filling it up and then some.

culture is pretty busy focused. It feels like you gotta stay/look busy whenever in office. Not too much of a gabbing culture but people gab from time to time. The firm organizes breaks and events like volunteering, drinks other activities, flu shots and the like that help make office more fun than just chilling in front of two screens and doing meetings and the like all day. RX prob has a more fratty/football throwing culture to hang out than rest of ny office but just my humble opinion from my limited knowledge and experience

Lol. Wasn’t exactly a team bonding event but I think it made being / coming to work a little easier when the firm provided free flu shots. Kinda was a little bonding though as it gave us in the bullpen just another non-finance thing to talk about
