HL RX NYC Culture

Boyfriend is about to work at above named shop. Wondering if anyone has insights about the culture there (WFH policies, weekends off potentially?, federal holidays policies). He is not looking for buy side exits, so probably won’t grind that hard.  If anyone knows at all, I would also love to hear how busy they’ll be in general. Thanks!

non nyc HL rx but from what I have heard they are 4 days in office, much better culture than some other rx groups and hl LA rx as well. alot of team outings, soccer games, volunteer events that would make me think they are pretty flexible on facetime. ik there's also been efforts to improve analyst exp due to alot of them leaving with checkins and midyear surveys for all first years so they should be treated pretty decently

can i ask how your exp w lateralling from mm ibd to rx ft? was it more due to unique covid era timing or you think it's achievable currently?
