A little bullish on HC this year, and also in very the LT (>10 years). Out of scope of this question, but the % of US population over 65 is expected to increase and increase and increase. Obviously this is good for HC in general, but IMO the useful life of our bodies is outpacing that of our minds and the levels of dementia / neurological deterioration that will affect our society in 10-20 years down the line are unprecedented.

Better HC extends the lives of our bodies, but not always our brains (it’s a pretty important organ too). People rarely keep this organ healthy, and I certainly expect high demand of good and services neuro related in the LT.

 

4 mega-oil mergers from October ‘23 to date… would say energy is safe for the foreseeable future. As mentioned by others already, tech and HC (especially biotech) should both be very hot too
