Houlihan Fairness Opinions - Comp at VP / MD level
Hi everyone,
I am seriously interested in a Houlihan FAS role. I am looking at it from a perspective of making an entire career of it. One concern I have is regarding long term compensation. As you can tell by the handle, I’m in big four TS. A big four partner averages seven figures. How does FAS VP, director, and MD pay compare in the transaction opinions space?
My concern is that since HL is public and higher ups do not have serious equity ownership that the comp plateaus later on in the career. Is anyone able to speak to the HL fairness opinions group compensation over time? Specifically among senior staff. What does each level typically make and how much time is there between promotions?
Thanks
