Houlihan Transaction Opinions Vs Portfolio Valuations

Just offered final round for Transaction Opinions and Portfolio Valuations at Houlihan Lokey. Really liked the internships, projects, and the people for both of them, but forced to pick one due to internal rules. Thoughts?

Did SA at HL(not vals) but from what I gathered from the kids I talked to on vals TO/FO were the highest comped ones and seen as a little more prestigious. Portfolio vals is a bit more quanty especially on the debt side, while TO would give you the opportunity to talk about big public deals that you did a fairness opinion for even if you weren't the advisor.
