Currently in the process of recruiting for Houston SA 2025. Would like to know about the current state of things as I want to get as much deal experience as possible. Specifically would like to hear about Citi, Wells Fargo, TD, and Greenhill as well as other banks.

Wells Fargo still sources their deals from Calgary so Houston office is basically a front. For Greenhill, they now work with the Mizuho team so they got boosted on sourcing and winning deals based on their recent activity.
Wells Fargo have already extended all of their offers for Houston
Piper, RBC, Jefferies, Guggenheim, Moelis, JPM, have already extended their only round of superdays. Citi, bofa, Barclays, truist, MS, Goldman, and some of the smaller boutiques are all that’s left. Would advise dumping resources into the ones that are left
