How are the exit opportunities out of DCM?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. My main areas of interest are M&A, LevFin, and DCM and I am unsure how DCM looks as far as your experience coming out of IB. An understanding of credit is obviously good, but LevFin as far as dealing with debt is probably more applicable to PE. Thoughts?

For instance, he provided a lot of information on how to find internships: using searchfunder.com, targeting wealth management, small private equity shops, and regional boutique investment banks. Additionally, he helped me prioritize the things I currently needed to work on, such as a 3.7+ GPA, and getting involved in case competitions and finance clubs on campus. DCM opps will be limited outside of other DCM roles. Levfin is a pretty good background depending on the group. I personally think levfin is the best background but I know others will disagree
