Shouldn't the green/yellow/red status on Microsoft Teams (et al.) be allowed only for a certain amount of the day at least? It's useful when you want to check if someone is on a call and you don't want to disturb, but other than that... Don't you feel pressure to be online all the time? Let me know your thoughts!
