How important is your age for your first job?

Hi,

I am currently 22yo and will finish my bachelor's a bit before I turn 23. Now I do wanna do a master's degree, preferably a two-year program. However, this would mean that I would start my first job (if all goes well) by the time I am 25 yo and 2 months.

Is this too old or when do you think someone is too old to do a first-year analyst stint? Also, I am from Europe, don't know if this is relevant, though.

Oh great and longterm career development? Do people look down on you, since you took longer to reach a certain stage? Or is it more complicated to recruite to PE?
