How long before reaching out again after interview?

Had a final round interview for a lateral role at a BB from MM in the middle of last week. First round went really well, and got the callback almost immediately. I thought second round went well enough, but I forgot to ask for a timeline of when to hear back before concluding the meeting.I know BBs can tend to move slowly on these things due to internal processes but is it normal to expect radio silence up until the 2-3 week mark or longer? And is it reasonable to expect that BBs will reach out and/or give feedback if I do miss out after the final round interview?Appreciate any insight from the perspective of those who have been on the other side of the lateral hire process!
